Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through Paypal.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
All orders shipped within the state of Louisiana, will be charged  a sales tax of 9.45%. Any orders being shipped out of state are tax free.

Do I need a Paypal account to purchase from this site?
No, you are not required to have a Paypal account to purchase from this store.

Shipping Process

All orders are shipped through USPS mail. Standard shipping will take about 2-5 business days to arrive. Please allow 1-5 days from the time orders are placed, for shipping to go out. Once orders are shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of shipment, and a tracking number to view the status of your package.

Cancellations

All sales are final when placed. Cancellations will not be available.  Please be sure to check your order before submitting.

Returns/Exchanges

We want to keep our customers happy, so if something is damaged or defective or we have sent you the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days upon receipt, and we will offer an even exchange or refund. Shipping charges for returns will be the customer’s responsibility. 

We do not accept returns due to size reasons. If you need help with choosing a size please check our Size Chart or give us a call and we will be happy to help you with your order prior to placing it.

If you are providing your own garment to print on, please print at your own risk. Tiny Buffalo is not responsible for any problems that may arise with the final print, due to the different type of fabrics. We cannot guarantee how our printer may print on it. We can only offer a reprint or refund on the print itself, not on the garment you provide. We only give full refunds/exchanges, when you use one of our approved garment/t-shirt brand and style that we carry.

All items being exchanged or returned must be sent back in the exact condition it was received. It must also be unworn, with all packaging still in tact. Tiny Buffalo has the right to refuse a return, if we receive items that are not eligible for an exchange or a refund. Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days, after the exchange or return has been approved.

All sales are final after 5 days, from the day your delivery has been confirmed. No exchanges or returns will be accepted without notification. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges and refunds. We strive for perfection, and we will be glad to help you resolve any issues.

CUSTOM ARTWORK- Printing Policy
Due to the custom nature of our business, it is necessary that we get all art and orders approved before production. Please review your artwork by checking spelling, dimensions, and location. PLEASE REVIEW CAREFULLY. If changes are necessary, we will send you an update to review. Approval ensures that you have reviewed and confirmed that everything is correct, therefore releasing Tiny Buffalo of all liability with regards to the artwork.
